Hollywood Le Bon Hotel

I am contacting them now about my deposit that was charged to my bank account. The booking was fully paid and they said they want a deposit of $150 when i checked in. I tapped my debit card and I was surprised they actualy charged it upon check in. When I checked out, I thought they will transfer the money back to me but it didnt happen. The next day I sent an email asking when they will refund it to me but they dont reply to my email. I'm torn between sending them another email or go see them at the building which is really hassle for me as I'm far from LA now.

Our family of four had a great time here. The room had two big beds, enough space for luggage, and a great view of the park. The kids loved the breakfast waffles, and we appreciated the free coffee station in the lobby. Very convenient location with public transport nearby. Excellent choice for families.

This hotel was the perfect stay! The extremely convenient kiosk made it a breeeze checking in/out. I really enjoy how you have to be actually staying at the hotel in order to access it. Very pleased with my stay here! Clean rooms and much nicer than I anticipated overall!

We stayed at Le Bon on a Friday and Saturday night and it was excellent. Easy check in. Room was clean and the shower was great. Mini fridge in the room was a plus. Super close to everything especially the Palladium. Coffee machine in the lobby is legit and free. The only problem was that my room key code did not work on 2 separate occasions, which was annoying, but the person at the kiosk fixed it asap. Check out was easy and I also received my deposit back within 24 hrs. I would recommend staying here if seeing a show at the Palladium and being close by everything including night life. A+

I greatly appreciate that this was one of the cheapest hotels I could find in the Hollywood area, but I must warn that you do get what you pay for. There is no live person assisting you with check-in - it is entirely done with outsourced agents on a video call kiosk, and it was a bit of a slow and clunky process. It's strange, but if you can deal with it, the room itself - albeit a tad small - was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom area was nice and hotel-quality as well. It's a good value if you need a basic place to stay. However, I am concerned with a number of people claiming their deposits were stolen and I do hope that I get mine back.

Great stay here. Rooms comfortable, little noise. Fridge, wifi, TV and aircon in room. Reasonably priced compared to other Hollywood hotels, great location too.

Paul is very nice. First time using a screen interface to check in. If your like me and you take a UV light to your room then I must say I’m impressed with a clean bathroom and bed. Everything you need if your travelling light.

Good bang for your buck and fantastic location just steps away from Sunset & Vine, The Palladium, Pantages and Metro Red Line. Like the digital access vs key cards and entertained by the virtual host check-in. Friendly staff when you see them. Best rates are on their website. Rooms are on the small side. Cute decor and big bathrooms. In room refrigerator with microwave, hot, cold water and coffee machine in the hall. Coffee machine even has cappuccino and espresso for me, and hot chocolate for my son (avail 6am-1pm only). No designated parking but fairly nominal meters and several lots nearby. No problems over multiple stays except getting attacked by mosquitoes one night.
